When I visited this hotel, the place was very quiet. I think we may have gotten some extra attention because nobody was very busy. Every staff member was pleasant. We paid extra for the "buffet" breakfast (due to covid restrictions, we couldn't actually serve ourselves). The Friday morning breakfast turned out to be the best part of the trip. The beautiful breakfast area was quiet and attractive and the staff were eager to please. They did a great job of catering to our needs. The array of food was good. Preparation and presentation was five-star!

Stayed for 3 nights. In general, the room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was very rich and delicious. Alphonso and all other personnel (sorry I could not remember all of your names guys) they were very helpful and showed a lot of attention. I travel a lot and this has been the one of the best hotel experience. Thank you for everything.

I recently visited morning breakfast at the crown plaza and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with plenty of natural light and tasteful decor.But the real standout was the service. Our server Alex was so friendly and attentive. She greeted us warmly, made great recommendations, and checked in throughout the meal to make sure we had everything we needed. She has a wonderfully positive and enthusiastic attitude that really added to the overall experience.I left feeling completely satisfied and will definitely be returning with my friends and family I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic breakfast in a comfortable setting with excellent service.

To me this hotel is par excellence. The reservation and resturant staff were extremely pleasant. The rooms are very well cleaned. The facilities are also well maintained. The breakfast is superb.. it contained an array of food and catered for your desire.. Highly recommend.

Good experience. Service was very good. James and the other pool attendant were amazing. Helped us with towels and even his personal cooler. He also helped move sun chairs for our group of 4.Everything was clean and in good order throughout the hotel, pool, and spa. The karaoke bar upstairs was fun.Biggest downside is that when we showed up at 8:00 am there wasn't any more bacon. They refused to make us any more. Since we were there from Riyadh where pork products aren't allowed. HOWEVER, as frustrating as that was, they did give us 50% off on our breakfast.

Attentive staff, astonishingly good food, and impeccably clean. The Crown Plaza hotel in Manama, Bahrain is an excellent place from which to explore this wonderful city. Our room was smaller than expected, but the bathroom is fab and the beds and pillows are SO comfy!

The hotel, the food, the employees everything is perfect. You will never disappointed to stay there. Special thanks to Mr. Manik from front office. He is so helpful and friendly. Definitely will stay at the hotel again.

The staff is courteous and met all my needs. Will definitely come back. They treated me like family and any issue was handled in a quick and efficient manner. From the front desk to the dining area and also the pool and gym.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly upon arrival and the days we were there. The room we stayed in was very nice and clean. The buffet and Indian restaurant were also very nice, and the food was great. The stay here was very good, and I would recommend for people staying in Manama.

I went here to stay for 2 nights due to work assignments, and the experience is awesome!Rooms - 5/5Clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable, there's an office table and a sofa near the bed. (I used a standard king bed). The toilettes are clean and all the required toiletries are already in the room when I arrived.Service - 4/5They're very hospitable, especially the Filipinos. However, one time I asked for a comb and no one came even after the next day. 😅 All in all, it was good.Location - 5/5Because it is nearby the airport and the price is highly reasonable for our budget.

From room cleanliness to amenities, facilities on the hotel such as gym, pool, salon and a variety of restaurants with friendly staff attending around the clock to guest needs. From the airport pick up till the check out was an excellent experience. Well located in the diplomatic area of Manama city. Will definitely be staying here again...

What a great hotel! We stayed here on business for about a week and everything about the stay was perfect. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel was amazing every day! Incredible variety of foods to choose from and very good quality. The level of service at this hotel was top notch, from check-in to the restaurants to the room service. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. A special shout-out to Thess Corral for going out of her way to make sure that everything about our visit was perfect from booking the room throughout our stay!

Lovely stay, staff was very warm, kind and helpful to us. The rooms are very nice, beds comfy, rain shower fabulous, and we were lucky to get a rollaway so our child slept comfortably.The Lobby is so gorgeous and restaurants are very good too- definitely coming back there. Valet service is efficient.No indoor pool but outdoor pool is nice, they could do with better service by the pool on food and drinks. Not much of a good view from the windows, but room is very comfy, very quick response on any needs and requests.

Staff here are wonderful from everyone at the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance. Interactions were always professional and pleasant. I look forward to my next stay here.

Place occupies multiple amenities of hotel, conference hall, meeting rooms etc. Its quite spacious and nicely arranged. The food arrangement are good enough and tasty too. With lots of varieties and enough food made our day. We used the conference hall which got ambient space with good arrangements. Having wide area for parking helps all, and parking space elavators is a blessing. Parking car in and out to be careful too for your car safety 🫠. People with disabilities or difficulties have reserved parking too.

What a wonderful stay, I used this hotel for 10 nights whilst away on business and found everything was to a high standard throughout.The food used for the buffet every day was excellent and varied. Everyday was a different menu of dishes. All the staff polite and helpful. The whole dining experience started with the greeting from the young lady, Alex, as we enter the restaurant her warm smile and good nature were always a pleasure, to be greeted by name as well was a wonderful touch as Alex remembered who we all were. Room service was quick to deliver and all food came with the appropriate condiments for the meal you had ordered.The room was spacious and clean with all the facilities needed for a relaxing stay. The added bonus of a Nespresso coffee machine in the room was a nice touch as I prefer real coffee instead of instant coffee. There was always a plentiful supply of capsules as I needed them. The rooms being cleaned everyday with water and other supplies being replenished as required.Having the pool and gym onsite was a nice way to relax after work. With the ability to order drinks and food to the pool side.In summary I had a wonderful stay at this hotel where the staff were happy to help with the guests needs. The facilities were all of top class and kept at a high standard.I would recommend staying in this hotel when travelling to Bahrain it’s central location and friendly staff make it an enjoyable stay for everyone.

Service in the restaurants are 5 star and quality foodI had the pleasure working out at the Bfit gym which has the latest equipments and I very reliable and friendly staff who were always ready to help, but the biggest thank you goes to Kevin who was friendly yet so professional, and knew his Job so well , always ready to lend a helping hand. Great food, great service, great price! I say here every time I come to Bahrain and enjoy my stay here each time. The people here are top notch and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Most of them make it a point to try and remember your name. I have read some reviews saying the rooms are bad.... to this i will say there are some areas of improvement but the rooms in my opinion are of good quality but could use some updates, for the price they are great! If you want pristine marble and gold go pay 500 BD a night at the palace!

Very warm stay and welcome, recommend this place for families, this is a one stop stay no matter what trip you’re on, weather it be business, leisure, vacation. Especially the IHG membership is very useful as well, also cannot forget Mr. Shiny, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about anything that you require assistance to.

The whole team went above and beyond to make sure we are having a comfortable stay in this hotel. The customer service is excellent, all the staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Would like to mention a few people who made our experience incredible - from the Reception (Mr. Karim, Bella, Blessy, and Manik) to the restaurant - Alex (both the manager and the hostess) and Mr. Oliver. Would also like to commend the filipino band in Harvester’s - they are AMAZING. Wish I could name all of them but to sum it up, it was a really pleasant experience. 😋

My favorite hotel in Bahrain. The staff were very helpful. Our flight was at 5:30 pm and we asked for a little late check out, they allowed it and we were able to handle our young child comfortably during that time. The rooms are very clean and spacious, you can easily choose this hotel.

Hassle free check in process, rooms and great and the location is excellent. Everyone from the bellhop to the concierge manager to the front desk agents were great! Hussain, the restaurant manager personally checked in with me many times during my breakfast for anything I might need, and he was extremely polite and friendly. As someone who's stayed in 100s of hotels in more than a decade, this kind of service was very rare to experience. Keep up the good work! Been there for seafood night! Loved the vibe. Had Alex as our server and her sushi suggestion was top notch. Will definitely visit again!!

Excellent customer service. The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous.The rooms were clean and and always restocked (coffee, soap and water).Raju, was was the member of housekeeping that usually tended to my room. He was friendly, helpful and always did his job well.
