Our pasta is cooked fresh per order and never mircrowaved! The extra cook time reveals a delicious pasta that is great with or without the cheese. This dish does not have cheese but parmesan is served on the side along with our fresh garlic bread which we make daily .

Our pastas are cooked fresh per order and never mircrowaved! We slow cook our pastas and top it with 100% mozzarella cheese that we grate daily in our store. Topped with parmesan cheese and fresh garlic sticks, we think you will be pleased!

Lasagna

Our lasagana is both cheesy and full of meat! This dish is made fresh in our store with our sauce, meatballs, and a touch of seasoned pork sausage. Layers of 100% ricotta, parmesan and 100% mozzarella cheese compliment the meats. This dish is slow cooked and served with our fresh garlic bread sticks.

Bird Dog

All of our subs are served on a 8" toasted hoagie that we have used for over 35 years! This sub will have the following: buttered hoagie, our homemade honey mustard, smoked chicken, bacon and topped with provolone cheese! Served with pickle and chips!

Ham

Sliced fresh in our store, this famous sandwich has been with us for over 30 years! This sandwich starts with our 8" hoagie and includes the following: real butter to baste the hoagie, shaved ham and provolone cheese! After toasting it will be topped with shredded lettuce, tomato and served with our special dressing on the side! The dressing REALLY makes it great!

Veggie

This 8" sub is also toasted to perfection with the following veggies: green pepper, purple onion, banana peppers, mushrooms and black olives. After toasting we top this loaded veggie sub with shredded lettuce and fresh sliced tomato. It is served with our favorite sub sauce , pickle and chips!
